Jumbo Shrimp wrapped with English Cucumber Fusion of Coconut Milk and Red Curry Sauce
French Onion Soup
A classic, slowly roasted Spanish Onion, rich Veal Broth, aged Cheddar Biscuits
Strawberry and Spinach Salad
Fresh Strawberries, Gorgonzola Cheese and Candied Walnuts tossed with fresh Spinach drizzled with a Roasted Beet and Tangerine Honey Dressing

Vine ripened Tomatoes (red and yellow) Buffalo Mozzarella and fresh Basil with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a Balsamic Reduction

Alaskan Raised Halibut Piccata
Pan Seared to perfection and tossed with Artichokes, Capers, Cherry Tomatoes and Calamata Olives with a Lemon and White Wine Sauce complimented by a creamy Mushroom Risotto
Chicken a la Champagne
Sautéed Chicken Breast topped with Duxelles and Boursin Cheese with a Champagne Cream Sauce and Green Grapes accompanied with Walnut Cranberry Pilaf and Heircuveir
